Friendly Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. We will either replace, exchange the item or offer a refund. The item must be returned unused and purchased within the last 7 days.
Can I change my mind and exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your order. You have 7 days to return the item for an exchange.
Call or email sales@belovedtreasures.com.au upon receiving your parcel. We will issue you with a returns authorization number. The item must be in original new condition (never been used or worn). It must be returned in its original packaging with tags.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments being returned. We advise that you to pack the item carefully and post with a tracking record. We will notify you when we have received your return.
Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Please notify us within 7 days from the date you received your order so we can take corrective action. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via your original method of payment. You will receive the credit for the item within 3 business days of approval. Postage costs are not refundable.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items are products purchased that are damaged through customer mishandling. Customers are advised that mishandling and wear-and-tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
