Sterling Silver  rosary beads necklace with 5 decades of 3mm beads.
Length: 48cm (plus 3cm extender chain) plus 11cm drop including Medal & Crucifix.
Size of Crucifix: 3.5cm (high) x 2.2cm (width). Hallmarked 925.
Size of Miraculous medal: 1.3cm (h) x 1cm (w).
The Miraculous Medal was designed by the Blessed Virgin in 1830; she appeared to Saint Catherine Laboure in Paris to spread the devotion. The reverse side of the medal has M (for Mary) at the feet of the Cross of Christ, reflects both the Immaculate Heart and Sacred Heart, surrounded by a crown of 12 stars representing the 12 apostles and the entire church. Special Graces are granted to those who wear the Miraculous Medal.
