AUSTRALIA
Regular economy post is FREE for all orders, no minimum. Proof of postage is provided. AUSTRALIA ONLY.
Registered post is FREE for all orders over $100. A tracking number is provided so you can monitor your mail’s location throughout its journey. Delivery time can take up to 7 business days, depending on your location. Track parcel here Australia Post tracking service.
Some Registered mail must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not home when Australia Post attempts delivery; your mail will be returned to the nearest Post Office. A card will be left in your letter box to notify you that you have mail awaiting collection. Same State Queensland metro - usually up to 4 business days and Rural Country areas up to 5 business days. Interstate metro - usually takes up to 6 business days and Rural Country areas up to 7 business days.
Express post service is $15 and is given priority at the airport. This option is offered during checkout. Usually next business day delivery to metro areas. Other areas may take extra business days to be delivered. Here is a link to determine Australia Post estimated delivery times.
International buyers are welcome to purchase gifts for family and friends in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
I can only accept Registered and Express post purchases that include tracking services.
Express post parcels are given priority over Registered parcels at the airport. Australia Post has temporarily suspended all postal services to the Russian Federation.
Economy Air International is no longer available. Only Registered Standard International and Express International with tracking service is available.
Registered Standard International service is a flat rate of AUD $39. A CN23 Customs Declaration Form is attached to all mail. This service includes tracking. Track parcel here Australia Post tracking service.
NEW ZEALAND rate Registered Standard International is $20.
Proof of postage is provided to all buyers.
Estimated delivery time: 6 - 10 business days depending on the destination country and available flights.
Express International service is recommended at a flat rate of AUD $49 that you can choose during checkout. This service includes tracking plus signature on delivery.
NEW ZEALAND rate Express International is $35.
Using Australia Posts tracking service you'll be able to see when your parcel has been:
1) Accepted by Australia Post. 2) In transit. 3) Delivered.
